Our Soap Formats and Benefits

• Toilet Soap Noodles and Micro-Flakes: Made using the semi-boil process, our soap noodles and micro-flakes retain glycerol, which enhances extrusion properties and emollient qualities—perfect for premium soap bars. The resulting bars offer excellent moisturization, a luxurious after-feel, and superior binding and dissolution properties, making them ideal for various powdered and pressed applications.
• Natural Soap Granules: Our soap granules are produced via the full-boil saponification process, yielding a slightly harder soap as glycerol is removed during production. This versatile format supports applications across industries, including metalworking, adhesives, animal feed, degreasing, lubrication, rubber and plastics, cotton processing, agriculture, and mining.
