Animal Feed Surfactant Applications

Valley Products is uniquely positioned to serve multiple facets of the agricultural industry. Our facility produces lipids as a feed additive, feed binders, and surfactants for dispersion in plant and insect repellent applications.

Lipids are available in multiple forms of unsaturation. % Free fatty acids vary from 85% to 92%. Material is available for purchase in either railcars or truck load quantities. Acid oil can be utilized to increase the energy density, reduce potential for heat stress, and potential for feed separation.

Our feed binders are specially formulated to prevent feed separation and reduce dusting.

Our surfactants will insure adequate dispersion in agricultural applications in a safe and environmentally friendly manner.
